Thou Art Woman: From Rain to Rainbows
From Rain to Rainbows centers and celebrates the artwork of LGBTQ+ women and our allies in South Florida. The exhibition aims to increase visibility and amplify the voices in our community through art. We continue to meet challenges with resilience and resistance to ensure greater equity and representation.
This exhibition features the work of Sienna Huebner, L. HueMims, Jane Kreinberg, Zipporah Michel, Khaulah Naima Nurrudin, Daniela Sanchez Vega, Tracy Ann Simmonds, Shalisa West and G Wright. It also includes a video installation from the Black Queer Love Project—a collaboration by Royal Brown Photography and Black LGBTQ+ Liberation, Inc (BLINC).
TAW is a project of the nonprofit organization BLINC. BLINC’s programming is made possible by a grant from The Our Fund Foundation—an LGBT Community Foundation, a grant from The Community Foundation of Broward, and funding from the AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF).
